RETURN POLICY

Returns within 14 days

You can return products within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, as long as the packaging is closed and intact.

What cannot be returned

Feel Good bars are food products. For food hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the products back to us is paid by the customer.

How to return

Email us at info@hngs.gr within the 14 days, with your order number. We will send you the address and instructions for the return. We cannot accept parcels sent without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the products, we refund the amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, using the same payment method, within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@hngs.gr with a photo. In this case we cover the replacement and the shipping.
